I believe every appointment should be personalized because no two women, and no two heads of hair, are exactly alike. Instead of relying on the same techniques, formulas, or products every visit, I look at what's in front of me that day. How your hair is feeling. How you're caring for it at home. How much time you realistically want to spend styling it.
